If you really have to have it, in three months, it will likely be available to purchase at the "Really Have To Have It!" price, which is, frankly, quite expensive. In one year, the design may become available at the "Archive" price (which is far less than the "Really Have To Have It!" price but still more than today's max price). Your best bet is to check in every day, as close to 10AM Eastern Time as possible, and buy the shirt you like for $20!
